Responsibilities
Create QA Plan and schedule in performing process audit
Prepare the Process Audit Checklist
Audit software development team based on the Company Standard Process and QA Plan
Hands-on to supervise any participant in using the Company Standard Process
Record the non-compliance issue and define for corrective action
Track and monitor the corrective action to closure
Team leading Software Development Process, Engineering, and Development,implementing and training on processes
Work with Lead Appraiser, Project Managers and organizational stakeholders in monitoring group process area adherence
Organize and train (include training material and artifact prep) and conduct code and document peer reviews
Work with external process consultant and manage CMMI implementation within the organization
Providing process improvement expertise in support of software project execution and internal process
Qualification
Thai Nationality,
Minimum 5 years experience in CMMI process
Software Development Experience
Experience in, and knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Have strong knowledge in CMMI
Should have Analysis & Design skill in Software Architecture
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Service-minded with good analytical and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English would be an advantage
Good problem solving and analytic thinking would be an advantage
